CMU's Statement of Faith and Mission:
CMU is an umbrella
organization dedicated to helping the Body of Christ join hands for more
effective ministry. We serve ministries and congregations who believe
in:
 | One God, eternally existent as Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit. |
| The crucifixion, burial, and
resurrection of Jesus Christ for the sins of the world, received by
faith as the only means to eternal life with God. |
| The ministry of the Holy Spirit in the
world, regenerating and sanctifying individuals, edifying and
unifying the Church, Christ's Body. |
| God's only authoritative Word, the
Bible. |
CMU's
member organizations affirm the ministries of service and
reconciliation, encompassing all works of love which strengthen the Body
and manifest God's appeal to the world for a restored relationship
through Jesus Christ.
